Fishing From One Of The Piers, Or Just Appreciating The View Is A Common Occurrence. In The Summer Is When Skaneateles Really Comes To Life. With Parks And Lakes All Around, It's A Great Place To Relax And Enjoy The Great Outdoors. There Are Plenty Of Festivals And Other Events To Keep Everyone Occupied As Well. INN POLICIES:
· Hummingbird's Home, including guest rooms, is a non smoking establishment, however our covered porch and lawn furniture will accommodate our smoking guests.

· Gift certificates are available.
· A two-night minimum is required on weekends, from May 1st through October 31st.
· Reservations required with a deposit equal to the first night's stay.
· Deposits are refundable, minus a $10 service charge per room, if cancellations are made 14 days prior to arrival. Our policy also applies to early departures (shortened reservations). Less than two weeks (14 days) notice will result in full charges for the number of room(s) and days reserved with your credit card.
· 'No Shows' will be charged for the entire amount of the stay (number of days times room rate plus tax).
· No Cancellation on "Specials".
· Confirmation and directions are sent upon receipt of deposit.
· Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal checks, traveler's checks or cash are accepted.
· Check-in is from 3:00 pm by appointment ONLY.
· Check-out is by 11:00 am
· Pets can be boarded nearby.
