This country bed and breakfast is situated high on a hilltop overlooking miles of the rural beauty of New York's Central Leatherstocking region in an area bursting with museums, sporting facilities, artisans and fascinating history. The vista of extensive herb and perennial gardens with hundreds of plant varieties offer three-season interest and a tranquil atmosphere in which to stroll or lounge.

Location & Transportation

We are 3 hours to New York City, 45 minutes to Cooperstown and 30 minutes to most of the area colleges
Directions	From Bainbridge, NY Route 206 West 4 miles to West Bainbridge. Turn right on County Road 17, Go 2.3 miles and turn right on Ward Loomis Road. Go 1/2 mile to top of hill. From New York City George Washington Bridge (upper deck) to Palisades Parkway to Route 6 West to Quickway Route 17 (future Interstate 86)to Exit 84 Deposit. Take Route 8 North to Masonville. Turn left on Route 206 West to Bainbridge. Follow directions from Bainbridge to Berry Hill Gardens. It's about 3 hours from the GW Bridge.

The property comprises hundreds of acres of woods, fields and ponds for birdwatching, hiking, skating, fishing and swimming as well as artist workshops.
