We hold 15% as non refundable deposit.
For the balance 85% , the cancellation policy applies as below:
Cancellations 24 hours before booked date will be charged full room tariff for entire stay.
Cancellations 48 hours before booked date will be charged 50 percent of entire stay.
Cancellations beyond 48 hours and up to 7days before booked date will be charged one night's stay.
Cancellations 7 days to 14 days before booked date will be charged 50 percent of one room night.
Cancellations 15 days or more before the booked date only 15% non refundable deposit charged. |
