following conditions will apply in the event of any cancellation made.
1. Cancellations received 7 days prior to check-in date will be entitled to a full refund.
2. In the event,where cancellations are made less than 7 days prior to check-in date,there will be a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) nights room charge (for the number of rooms booked) at the confirmed rate.
