It is a premier modern apartment on the second floor with two spacious balconies and an attractive roof terrace garden. From its central location in the city the distance to the Indira Gandhi International Airport is 18km, the Palam National Airport is 14 km, the New Delhi Railway station is 12 km, and the City Centre, Connaught Place, is 10 km. There is a hospital (Fortis La Femme) directly opposite. For shopaholics it is close to GK I M block market, which is called the Bond Street of Delhi, and is 10 mins away from the fabulous Citiwalk, DLF and Metropolitan Mall, where you can definitely spend lots of money!
For food connoisseurs it is moments away from some of Delhi’s top restaurants like Diva, China Garden. The owner

Sigrun Srivastav, the hostess, is German and is settled in India since three decades. A well known, professional sculptor she is also considered to be one of India's best loved author for children. She has studied many alternative healing therapies, practices yoga and teaches Reiki.

Having travelled widely in India and abroad she enjoys meeting people and opening her home to guests from various parts of the world. With warmth and a true understanding of the needs of visitors to India she takes pleasure in making her guests feel at home in her peaceful, comfortable, and central private accommodation.

Understanding the needs of travellers, she extends guidance and help in all tourist enquiries and links them to Delhi’s active cultural life, art scene, and social events. Believing in a healthy lifestyle and organic food, Sigrun Srivastav, offers her guests a great variety of home cooked, healthy, light, vegetarian and non vegetarian Indian and Western food.
